By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your business operations in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact support@storewala.org within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No explanation required.

Renewals. After the first 30 days, renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not prorate partial periods.

Cancellation and data. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Statutory rights. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the platform remain the property of us or our licensors and are protected by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
